We hope you enjoy every product you buy from the Mio shop but we know that things don’t always go to plan which is why we’re happy to offer refunds on:
- If you live in the European Union, you can change your mind and return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. Terms & conditions apply*
- If you discover a fault, you can return your goods within a reasonable time of discovering it and receive a full refund. Terms & conditions apply**
Software and product keys
If you buy software from us, we can only offer a refund if the packaging hasn’t been opened and the key(s) has not been activated.
If your order arrives damaged or with any seals broken, please contact us immediately.
* We can only accept returns if the goods are fit for re-sale and in the same condition in which you received them.
** However, we can’t offer a refund if the goods have been altered, damaged or haven’t been used according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. RETURNING ORDERS
If you want to return any product for a refund, just follow these simple steps:
- Complete our online Contact Form, including as many accurate details as possible
- Wait for our Customer Support team to reply (we’ll do this as fast as we can, within 3 working days)
- Complete the Customer Return Authorisation Number (CRAN) you are given
- Return your goods along with the CRAN by following the detailed information we send
We strongly recommend that you send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and take out insurance to cover the value of the contents.
3. WHICH COSTS ARE REFUNDED
If you’re returning a product because we’ve made a mistake with the order, there’s a defect in the product for which we are liable or it’s been damaged during delivery then we will be happy to:
- refund the purchase price of the goods you’re returning
- refund the delivery charges for sending the product to you
- reimburse the cost of sending your order back to us
In all other circumstances we will expect you to pay the costs of returning your order. The refunded amount will be credited to the card/ account you used to buy from us originally. The refund will appear in your account within 5-7 days of us accepting that your order back. We will let you know when we are about to refund you or if there are any problems.
