With Mio’s Parking Mode, drivers do not have to worry about the hit-and-run and other accidents of their parked cars. Simply apply it to make sure that your car is monitored and protected all the time.
 
 
Besides the original Parking Mode, Mio now provides two more options for drivers- Smart Parking Mode and Passive Powered Parking mode. Let’s get into the details of all three Parking Modes and choose the one that suits your needs!

* SmartBox III is connected to the car battery, and the dash cam will automatically be switched off when the voltage is too low or after up to 24 hours of continuous recording.
**Drivers could still use SmartBox III with Passive Powered Parking Mode for longer protection.
 
If you are looking for complete protection for your car, choose Smart Parking Mode / Parking Mode, which includes motion and impact detection. Any suspicious movements and accidents will be recorded as important evidence. On the other hand, Passive Powered Parking Mode is designed for less power consumption and only starts recording when the G-sensor is activated.
